1. Service Description

TextALingo is a language learning app offering stories in various languages, including endangered ones. Free users access limited content, while premium subscribers ($5.99/month, $49/year, or $99 lifetime) unlock unlimited stories, daily updates, and vocabulary tools via Stripe payments.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use TextALingo for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• Provide accurate information for account creation and payments.
• Not share premium content without permission.

3. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are managed via Stripe:

• Monthly and Annual plans auto-renew until canceled with no refunds.
• Lifetime is a one-time payment with no refunds.
• Cancel anytime via your account.

A portion of fees supports 7000.org for endangered language preservation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content (stories, images) is owned by TextALingo or licensed. You may not reproduce or distribute it without consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

TextALingo is provided “as is.” We’re not liable for service interruptions or data loss beyond our control.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these terms.
